Your path to support

Guilt About Feeling Better

Feeling better can bring feelings you didn’t expect, including guilt.

Moments of joy, connection, or relief do not erase your loss or the love you carry. You’re allowed to keep living and still miss someone.

There is room for both.

You might notice guilt after laughing with a friend, enjoying a good day, finding a new connection, or realizing you have gone a while without thinking about your loss. You do not have to force yourself to feel better or hold yourself back when a lighter moment comes.
